• Communications: messages, inquiries, feedback, and support requests.
• Payments and billing: transaction IDs and payment status, processed via PhonePe or other gateways. We do not store full card data.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device and log information: IP address, device identifiers, operating system or browser type, app version, and timestamps.
• Usage data: screens or pages viewed, clicks or taps, and search queries.
• Location data: approximate or precise location if you allow it, to show nearby listings or verify property locations.
• Cookies and similar technologies on the web version, as described in Section 7.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Payment processors such as PhonePe: payment confirmations or failures.
• Analytics and hosting providers such as Firebase and Google Cloud Platform: aggregated usage metrics and crash logs.
• No KYC documents are collected by us at this time.

• Create and manage your account and profile.
• Display relevant property feeds and enable posting and managing listings.
• Assign properties to agents and facilitate communication between users and agents.
• Process payments and issue invoices or receipts.
• Provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• Improve, personalize, and analyze platform performance and features using Firebase and Google Cloud Platform analytics.
• Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

We rely on one or more of the following: your consent, performance of a contract under our Terms, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests, such as improving the Platform and preventing fraud.

• Other Users or Agents: As needed to complete transactions or provide brokerage services, such as contact information and listing details you choose to share.
• Service Providers: Firebase, Google Cloud Platform, PhonePe, and SMS, OTP, or email providers, strictly to operate our Platform.
• Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Landandplot or others.
• Business Transfers: In mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring, your data may be transferred.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.

6. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

• We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data. No method is 100 percent secure.
• We retain data as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure for legal or compliance purposes.

The Platform is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your data may be processed in countries other than where you reside, including on Firebase or Google Cloud Platform servers. Such countries may have different data protection laws. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified through methods such as an in-app notice or email. The Effective Date shows the latest revision.
