Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how you can cancel or seek a refund for any paid service purchased through LANDANDPLOT (“Platform”), operated by LUMPSUMIFY PVT LTD.
1. Scope
- The only paid service currently offered is posting a property listing on the Platform.
2. Cancellations
- You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchasing the paid service, provided service delivery has not started (e.g., your listing has not gone live).
- If the listing is already published or processing has begun, cancellation may not be accepted and the fee may not be refundable.
3. Complaints / Service Issues
- If you believe the delivered service is defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days of service activation. We will review and decide on an appropriate resolution (correction, re‑provision, partial/full refund, or credit).
4. Refunds
- Once a refund is approved by LANDANDPLOT, it may take up to 30 days to process the refund to your original payment method or in‑app wallet (as applicable).
- No special non‑refundable charges apply at this time.
5. How to Request a Cancellation / Refund

- Include: order/payment ID, registered phone/email, and a brief reason.
- Our support team will reply with next steps and status updates.
